2013-2014 Crystal Lake Wizard Wrestling fees:
Registration fee is $150.00, covers all practices and a participation award at the end of the season. Also covers your USA wrestling card. The USA Wrestling card is a mandatory card required by the IKWF in order for your child to compete. This serves as an insurance policy to protect your child and the IKWF, USA wrestling and the club in case of injury.
Fundraiser:
In addition to the registration fee there will be a mandatory fundraiser in the beginning of the season. This years fundraiser will be a raffle and you must sell or purchase $100.00 in raffle tickets. These tickets are $5.00 a piece and must be turned in by November 23rd, 2013. The tickets must be paid for when you pick them up.
Refunds:
All requests for refunds for the 2013-2014 Wizards wrestling season must be received in writing prior to November 9th, 2013. The refund will only include the sign up or registration fee this does NOT include a refund on the raffle tickets or USA wrestling card. After review of refund request the check will be mailed. The amount of the refund will be for the registration fee minus $40.00 for the IKWF card that we are required to purchase upon registration.

2013 Crystal Lake Wizards Post Season:
Intermediate to Advanced wrestlers, ages 7-14 years old. This will be a 12 week (24 session) camp (April-June) and and will meet on Mondays and Fridays from 6:00pm-7:30pm. This camp will focus on freestyle wrestling and will teach technique in all areas on the mat.
The cost of the camp is $300.00 that includes the 24 sessions and a camp t-shirt. Payment may be made the 1st day of camp.

2013 ISI School of Wrestling Post Season Registration Form 1 of 3
ELITE Level program is designed for dedicated high school wrestlers who consistently train and compete year-round in Folkstyle, Freestyle and/or Greco-Roman wrestling. Enrollment in the ELITE program is only considered for high school varsity level wrestlers who meet the qualifications set by the ISI School of Wrestling staff. Returning elite members in good standing are guaranteed a spot if application and deposit are received by the given deadline. ELITE program students will build on an existing knowledge base of advanced wrestling fundamentals and will be expected to compete in the majority of Freestyle and/or Greco-Roman Developmental, Regional National Qualifiers and the Illinois State Tournament. Elite Level wrestlers will begin the Post Season by training for the USA Folkstyle National Tournament. The Elite Group will then transition to training for the Freestyle State Tournament, the Greco-Roman State Tournament and the National Regional Qualifying Tournaments.
Elite Level Training:
Tuesday & Thursday, March 12 – June 27
5:30 – 7:00 pm EXCEPT Thursday, March 14 class will be on Friday, March 15
Cost of Elite Level Training: $695
Group Discount for Elite Level Training: $500
(5 or more wrestlers from the same team)
ADVANCED Level Program is designed for dedicated wrestlers in grades 6 – 11 that seek to build on existing knowledge of wrestling fundamentals. The program and training is intended for wrestlers that would like to focus on Folkstyle technique but also want to gain knowledge and experience in Freestyle and/or Greco-Romans wrestling during the post-season. Advanced Level wrestlers will begin the Post Season by training for the USA Folkstyle National Tournament. The Advanced Group will then continue training for area Folkstyle tournaments and finally will be introduced to Freestyle and Greco-Roman techniques. Enrollment is in the advanced level is on a first come first served basis. This class is capped at 28 wrestlers.
Advanced Level Training Information:
Tuesday & Thursday, March 12 – June 27
7:15 – 8:45 pm EXCEPT Thursday, March 14 class will be on Friday, March 15
Cost of Advanced Level Training: $695
Group discount for Advanced Level Training: $500 (5 or more wrestlers from the same team)
