2009 - 2010 Wolves Pre Registration

Click on the link above to access the Wolves Wrestling Club Registration form for the 2009 / 2010 season.

We anticipate that the Wolves will again be full this year and priority will be given to returning Wolves, their syblings, and those new members who have pre-registered.

Details regarding payment and legal forms and waivers will be emailed to you upon receipt of your online registration.

2007/2008 Wolves Wrestling Club Registration
Click on the link above to access the Wolves Wrestling Club Registration form for the 2007/2008 season. After you have completed all of the required questions go to the bottom of the page and click the submit form box to send your information as an email.

2007/2008 Wolves Wrestling Club fees:

$110.00 per wrestler

This includes:
- USA wrestling card (Cost per wrestler $35.00)
This card is a mandatory as required by the Illinois Kids Wrestling Federation - (The Illinois office of USA Wrestling).

- Practice uniform (Wolves shorts and Wolves t-shirt)

- Wolves gym bag

End of year banquet:
Free for all wrestlers and coaches.

Fundraiser:

There will be a mandatory fundrasier in the beginning of the year. This will be a pizza sale. In the past, many club members indicated that the pizzas are so easy to sell, they practically sell themselves!
