| 2021-2022 Registration Registration is open for the 2020-2021 Cardinal Flight girls basketball season. ALL Players are required to register on-line this season and complete the following steps before the player is eligible to participate: Step 1: Register with Flight on-line Here. Step 2: Complete player waiver concussion forms on the GNBL site at: https://www.gnbl.org/page/show/4174972-consent-for-medical-treatment-concussion-agreement. We are moving to online forms for waiver and concussion agreement. You will need to create a separate account on the GNBL site for this. Coaches will also need to complete the concussion agreement online here.
