2024 Spring Wrestling Clinics (grade 7th through 12th) Watchung Hills Spring Wrestling Clinic Eligible Wrestlers: Grades 7th thru 12th Clinics will have a focus on freestyle wrestling (1 1/2hrs technique/drilling/live followed by 30 minutes on strength and conditioning) Starting Monday March 18th through Wednesday June 12th NO CLINIC 4/1, 4/3, 4/22 and 5/27 Mondays and Wednesdays / $225 6:30pm - 8:30pm |
