| With only 1 make up game in the GSSL B North to be played between Montgomery and OS Portugas this Sunday, all teams will have completed 7 games in a 14 game season.
This past weekend, Sputnik tied Montgomery 3-3. Sputnik is now 4 points behind 2nd place JCFC. JCFC trails CE by 1 point with a crucial game approaching between the two on November 23 at Weehawken Waterfront Park.
JCFC sports a 5-1-1 record in GSSL with an additional victory last weekend in State Cup play vs. Orangetown 3-0. Overall, JCFC has netted 21 goals and allowed only 9 goals(8 games). In only 2 games thus far, JCFC was held to 2 goals or less(CE & OSP). JCFC has 3 clean sheets(Orangetown, JRoyals & OSP). In 3 road games, JCFC has only conceded 1 goal(EUFC).
Outlook. With less than 1 month before winter break, JCFC will play 1 more State Cup game vs. DOXA. Either 2 or 3 GSSL games, depending on the reschedule of the Montgomery game cancelled on Nov 16. JCFC looks toward a rematch vs. CE where afer a furious September comeback, CE was able to manage a victory in the closing moments. That game was not without controversy and JCFC was missing George,Jesse and Kevin, amongst others.

| We do not have Weehawken on the 23rd. The next date after this weekend is December 7th. We might have the 16th, I will let you know tomorrow.

| The race for first has tightened. CE continues to hold onto first place with 17 points in 8 games, followed by JCFC with 16 points in 8 games. EUFC has hauled in 17 points in 10 games.
The league is awaiting the important result from Dec. 7 match between OSP and Sputnik. A victory by OSP would give them 16 points in 9 games. A victory by Sputnik would give them 15 points in 9 games.
Rounding the bottom two spots is Montgomery with 7 points in 9 games and Jersey Royals with 4 points in 10 games.
