| Hey Dave, Do you think you will ever get it set up so we can sign up and pay online? Sometimes its hard to make it over to Hook when you work all day long

| Audrey, You can call hook and have them fax you a sign up form so you can pay via fax. It works well.

| How would you do that? Do you give them your credit card info over the fax?
