| It is my understanding that all work bonds have been scheduled out for the season. Why do you have to make it up if your day is cancelled for unforeseen reasons such as weather.
That person working that work bond should get a pass and not have to make it up. I only say this because we schedule our lives around softball and baseball. If they work bond has to be made up it could be disruptive to already planned items for that family.
If the intent was for the family to do the work then they should not have to make it up if the day is cancelled.

| Not all work bonds have been rescheduled. Most people have fulfilled their duty. Only rain outs are rescheduled at this point. I understand things need happen that are out of our control and we don't plan the weather. We do not give free passes due to Mother Nature. We still have almost 6 weeks of baseball and softball yet to be played. So plenty of time to reschedule. We also offer an option of hiring someone to work for you for $50 dollars. And you get your work bond check back. I will be glad to reschedule you to a date that works for you and your family. Or I can provide you with a list of names to work your duty. Unfortunately if the 4 hour shift is not honored we will have to cash the check. This goes for any person that does not full fill the obligation. It takes more than just the elected board members to run this league.

| With the bad weather over the past 10 days about a dozen board members and a dozen managers coaches and parents will be at the field at 07:00 to prepare the fields so that not only your children but 600 or so other children can hopefully get their games in tomorrow. Please feel free to come down and help us and I will make sure you get your check back with no rescheduling needed.

| My WB duty for 13 May was supposed to be rescheduled per the message cancelling it on this same board, but I have not seen anything or been contacted about rescheduling at all. My check was cashed, however. Who can I talk to about this?
