| Are there any concerns with the umpiring that has gone on so far this year?

| Yes...there needs to be more balks called! =:-P
And all close plays need to be called in favor of the offense! Unless, of course, it's the team I'm cheering for. Then all calls MUST go in favor of my squad! Ha!

| I like that old ump who officiated the Minneapolis Millers games back in '51 when Willie May's patrolled center field! =:-P
He's the same guy who attempted to call a fair ball when it landed 6 feet left of the left field foul line!
Okay...I'm just foolin' with you. I bet if you took a pole that the majority of players couldn't name an ump from 5 years ago, let alone all time. How about you name them off and tell us why they are special.
If you know the old guy I mentioned then give us more of a scoop on his prowess!

| Well...perhaps you should take a poll instead of a pole. The latter might be painful! Ha!

| Jeff Sill is the best umpire up here in my memory at all levels....he no longer lives in the state.
Great guy, great demenaor, wanted to be there, hustled, had control of the game but knew no one was there to see him....blue collar type of an umpire.
No ump up here in my memory can hold a candle to him as an umpire.

| Top 5 umpires?
I think most would be hard pressed to name five. If one is speaking of NW most of their good umps have left to go umpire more in the outskirts.
