| We use Baum Bats for "team use".
We have two players using DeMarini composites.
We have several using Max Bats or another brand.
It's more affordability and value. If you can afford the $200, the Baum Bat makes sense. Probably the best pop for any composite. DeMarini's are at about $130 and will last, but only seen a few go ya-ya. Rare air with the De. Max Bats are just plain solid if you can afford to break a couple a year.
For personal use, I suggest MaxBats (ahead of Loui, Rawl, East, Mitsu, Bamboo) every time, because I figure you'll generally want a new composite after it gets beaten up and softened up each year anyway (if you use it enough).
I've heard good things about Hickory, Marucci, Sam Bat and few other brands too, but more expensive generally.
