| How do I know this? Cause of our new young players!
I hope the jersey and our history doesn't give our new players hives. I wouldn't fly to Vegas and bet the house just yet but even the Law of Averages says we will win again eventually!

| I think the new, young guys are smoking too many splifs. Remax is not the same Beast it once was. Good squad made up of good men, but it was quite evident last season (and again on Saturday) that this is not the same Remax we've seen in the past.... Glad you're not betting your house.

| I only partially agree, Harry. Yes, Remax is no longer the 6-of-8 dynasty beast. But I would say that they got better with the draft this year. The total age of the 4 guys that left the team was about 225. The total age of the 4 guys they added is about 125. That 100 year gap is huge. No disrespect to guys that left the team, but I’d rather have young, fleet-footed OF’s than old, slow Catchers.

| In this sports town of ours, it is common to speak – numerically – in terms of a deficit. For example, we know the Maple Leafs have gone 43 seasons without playing in the Stanley Cup final. Baseball fans are all too aware that the Blue Jays haven’t made the playoffs in 17 years, after winning their second World Series title in 1993. History buffs will remember the Argonauts somehow failing to win the Grey Cup over 31 seasons (1952-83) in a nine-team league. My deficit has nothing to do with real sports. When was the last time Wing It won? The answer is NEVER.

| I hope that we do not have to makes outs on purpose in lopsided games again this year. I noticed this trend last year and have approached my team about it. Speeding up crappy games increases our chances of bonding time or a chance of another OAWMF !! Speech.

| Cubs fan,
Tip to reduce your drinking problem. Turn your head to the left and then turn it to the right. Repeat exercise when offered something to drink. Give your head a shake.

| Until most of you learn how to spell or even read at a second grade level I suggest we let the games decide. Jesus I think I actually get dumber reading most of the crap that spew out of your fingers.
