| Good Morning Gentlemen,
The tent is up at Crosby for the culmination of an exciting 2011 season. It is located behind home plate.
The weather forecast does not look good but we hope to get all games in tonight.
Some points that we should all be conscious of are as follows:
- No drinking is allowed in the parking lots.
- The food will be provided by Lions club.
- Gatorade, water and pop will be sold by the Lions club.
- The refreshments will be ice cold. Prices will be $4 for beer, coolers or wine.
- Please do not drink and drive.
- A DJ will be present for announcements and music for Saturday and Sunday games at Crosby.
- Crosby’s tickets can be purchased all weekend from the beer tent.
- Please ensure that all your teammates receive a 2012 Registration Form this weekend, they are available on our web site.
The games will be competitive, fun and entertaining.
Good Luck to all for a safe and enjoyable weekend.
Thanks for your help, understanding and support during the past season.

| Chris, how early (if necessary) will games be called? Looks like we may be in a position to get them in however we can. And if they are called, we can't have a sudden "they're back on!" like we had earlier in the season.

either that or we have a slip n slide for all the base paths...
slop fest anyone??
Hope we can still play (that is my optimism talking) but she's not looking good..

| Does anyone that has a gas leaf blower?
Please bring it to the park. I have been told they work if we want to remove pools of water on the infield.

| Since we hasd Heineken at the tent today, is it possible to get some Corona there for tomorrow?? If you have to do a beer run that is!
