Can you take the catcher out in slow pitch softball?

Only if you slide. Play nice! Especially in co-ed.

You aren't supposed to. But if the catcher is standing on the plate and blocking it, and the runner slides into them and knocks them over, don't whine!
This is a problem in co-ed!

a lot of catchers will block the plate trying to slow down thr runner and get the out , we see this a lot in co/ed.
if you block the plate and someone slides into you and you fall don't whine cos' it's your fault anyway.
