| Team Athletica can not make their scheduled gametime at 12:45 due to work.
Only other gametime is at 7:00.
Ballers, Please respond to let me know that you can come at 7:00.

| At this point I have 4 guys that cant change their plans and have not heard back from the others. We are setup for 12:45 and do not know who could make it to a 7pm game.

| this is your call. because the schedule was already made and then the other team called.
There are 2 outcomes to this situation :
we might have to reschedule the game for another day or else the other team may have to forfeit if your team can't come at 7:00.

| At this point we can't make the 7:00 p.m. game if we would've known sooner that might've been possible. We can discuss rescheduling the game against Athleticas later. I need to let the team know there will be no game. Bill, since game time is getting close call Troy or myself if we need to show for the game against Athleticas or something changes.
