| we had a goal allowed that was based on the honor system. unfotunatly was allowed. the player was in the arch when took his shot and was allowed, based on his word. the ref coulnt make the call so left it up to the goal scorer to give his word. they still would of won with out it. but how can a ref out of position go with that call. even the ref wasnt sure. can we work on that or get rid of this honor system. if unsure or in doubt you shouldnt be able to make that call. call a drop ball?

| That is the unfortunate part of soccer, all questionable goals are decided by the ref.Fifas states that if the referee can not make a clear determination the advantage goes to the attacker.Hopefully the ref trys to position themself so the can make the best call possible.Alas there will always be human error. :(

| I say we mount a camera on top of each goal with a fisheye view lens. If we have these hooked up to a small wireless network which our phones can stream the video from and we'll have an instant view of what happened. This will eliminate the human error at least near the goal.
