Radnor Jumps on Lake Highland and Rolls to 16-6 Win!
The Raiders ended their Florida visit on a high note, rolling to a mercy shortened 16-6 victory over Lake Highland Prep from Orlando, FL.
Sarah Rosenblum got things started with a one-out walk in the first inning, followed by a sharp single from Sydney Aljian, a double to right center by Brooke Nicander, and singles by Cate Remphrey and Grace Moore to score 4 runs. In the 2nd inning, Quinn Tobias, Audrey Rosenblum, Sarah, Brooke and Kim Mullarkey all singled along with a sac fly from Cate to plate 5 more runs.

After leaving the bases loaded in the 3rd, Kim, Cate and Quinn all doubled in the 4th and combined with singles from Grace and Sophia Royle to add 5 more runs.
After a rally from Lake Highland plated 5 in the 4th and an unearned run in the 5th, Radnor responded with two more runs in the 6th to regain the 10 run margin. Brooke doubled to the left field fence to drive in Audrey, and Kim ended a 9 pitch at bat with a line drive sac fly to drive in Sarah with the final run.
Everybody in the Radnor line up had a hit, and scored a run. Brooke was 3 for 5 with two doubles, 2 runs and 3 RBIs while Kim, Sophia and Quinn were each 3 for 4 on the day. Kim and Quinn each scored two runs and drove in 2. Cate and Sarah each were 2-3, while Cate scored 2 and drove in 3 and Sarah scored 3 runs with one RBI.
Brooke pitched a complete game, striking out 4 and allowing only 3 walks to pick up her 3rd win of the season as Radnor moves to 3-2 overall.
