NJ Champs vs. NY Champs. Both teams undefeated...
Jerry vs. Mickey on the mound. ITB threatend early with a few baserunners but failed to score. Jerry used his arsenal of pitches to work his way out of the jam. In the bottom of the first anthony put us up 1 with a solo shot to center. Who would have thought thats all we would have needed against 2 of the top hitters in the country. Box would continue to threaten but failed to score. Jerry had his "A" game going. We added 2 more runs on Johns RBI hit and another Jerry homer. His 8th of the tounry.
The last out was recorded and the dream became reality. We are World Champs! We have played in countless games, have had big wins and bad losses, basically have seen a lot over 5 yrs of wiffle. All of that gave us the the experience that was needed to play for and win a National Championship.
