My family and I have been involved with our local Little League program since 2002. We actually had the opportunity to attend the Little League World Series in 2008. It was an amazing experience for our family. I am so excited that our "neighbors" in Tennessee won the US title this year. I know how hard each of you and your families have worked this year. You have so much to be proud of. My family and I enjoyed watching you play on TV. We were pulling for you all the way. You are a very impressive group of young men. It is an honor to have such fine young men representing Tennessee. I coached baseball for many years, taking our 16-year old travel team to the AAU World Series. While we did not win it, the experiences are with myself and the players for a lifetime. You will cherish these days for the rest of your lives. Congratulations. |

I watched the games but must say that the game to decide the U.S. championship was the most exciting game I ever saw. Also I want to commend them on their sportsmanship and even though they did not win the World Championship, they are CHAMPIONS. |

I was very impressed with the quality young men on the LL team while we competed at the Southeast Regional. I did not get to watch the 10/11 team but heard they are first class as well. Entry ID: 1663855 | Well, the game between Goodlettsville NLA and ALA was nothing short of nail biting! Both teams played an outstanding game! The ALA's finished on top with the final score of 9 - 5! Of course in our opinion this game could have been the championship! GO BLUE! You played hard and well and we appreciate your congratulations and cheering us on to the final game! We will do our best to do you proud!
Next game is against Madison South at 3:00p.m. This is another rematch so we know they will play us hard! Let's GO GOODLETTSVILLE!!!!
