We are staying optimistic about still having a season this summer, but obviously we will wait and see what the government/health officials say. I'm sure we would be capable of playing the season into September or even October if need be. High schools and universities are playing around that time every year, so field availability/umpires should not be an issue. What does everyone think? |

| jason December 6, 2019 2:23:34 PM Entry ID: 2101012 | There has been some discussion about the merging of the 2 leagues or even crossing over for just a few games a season. I'm not sure if the 2 leagues could figure out a schedule that would work for both leagues or not. Some NSIBL teams could do week day games but not all teams and in the past weekend game were not something the metro league was interested in...I have sopken to a few players in both leagues who are interested in playing the other Int teams, might be something worth having a discussion about again. |
