PARENT Code of Conduct
All Parents/Guardians in the household are required to read and sign the Parent Code of Conduct form. Once teams have been formed, this form MUST be submitted to the Team Coach or Team Manager.

PLAYER Code of Conduct
Every Player is required to read and sign the Player Code of Conduct form prior to the start of the ringette league season. Once teams have been formed, this form MUST be submitted to the Team Coach or Team Manager.
