North on Hwy75 to Sping Creek. Turn left and head to Alma and make a right. Turn right on Seabrook and the gym on the left.

Head North on Hwy75 towards McKinney. Exit Spring Creek and proceed to the light. Turn left (West) onto Spring Creek. Head West on Spring Creek to Alma Dr. Turn right on Alma Dr. heading North. Continue on Alma Dr. to Seabrook Dr. and turn right. The gym will be down the street on the left.
