Parkway South

Exit 144

Come off ramp and make a right at the first light( Springdale Ave) go to next light( North Clinton St ) and turn Left. Go to next Corner( Hamilton St) and turn right. The gym is in the last building across from Parking lot. The entrance is down the Stairs.



Interstate 280

From West

Exit at the Harrison St exit stay to the left and turn left at the third light(Halted Street). Go 4 lights , turn right One block after light .( Hamilton St) gym is down steps in first school building. Parking lot is across the street







From East

Exit at the Clinton St exit. Stay to far right. Go 4 lights and turn right at (halsted st / lincoln st ). Go 4 lights and turn left onto Clinton St. Turn right on Hamilton St. Gym is down steps of third building. Parking lot is across the street
