Maryland Academy of Youth Sports (MAYS) basketball program will be having open gym for 12 & under boys' at Marley Elementary School gymnasium starting on Wednesday, October 1st from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. The gym will be open every Wednesday for the month of October.
MAYS 12 & under boys' basketball team is accepting applications for this upcoming 2008-2009 Fall & Winter season.
MAYS Organization will be conducting two different basketball programs for 12 & under age group. Winter & Spring Boys' Baskeball teams.
The Winter 12 & under boys' team will play in leagues and tournaments locally in the Maryland & Washington, DC area. This team will start in November 2008 timeframe and the cost will be approximately $175.
MAYS Spring basketball program is an Amatuer Athletic Union (AAU) 12 & under team. This team will be seaching for experience players to compete in competetive tournaments in Anne Arundel, Baltimore City, Deleware, Philadelphia, and New York. Our major goal for this team is to compete in the National AAU tournament in Hampton, VA. Try outs for this team will start around February 2009 timeframe. Players may want to partiicapte on the winter team to gain an advantage for the Spring AAU team.
