Tournament Information
This tournament will be played at Midway and Sawnee Mountain Parks in Forsyth County.
Team entry fee: $350 (all ages)
Tournament age divisions: 9u - 10u - 11u - 12u - 13u - 15u
Format: (2) pool play games and then teams will be seeded into single elimination bracket play
Seeding will be based on pool play record
Pool play tiebreaker
1) Head to Head record against teams tied with (if two or more teams, head to head is not used)
2) Runs allowed (all games)
3) Run differential (all games)
4) Runs scored (all games)
5) Coin flip
No pitching restrictions. Coaches are expected to protect their pitchers arms.
Daily Gate Fee
No fee: under 15 years of age
$5 per day (15 and older)
$3 per day (60 and older)
Gate fees are non-refundable
Entry Fee Refund Policy
0 games played: full refund less $100
1 game played: 50% refund
2 games played: no refund
