2017 UPDATE:  6U, 8U, 13U, and 18U divisions are full and registration is no longer being accepted.  There are a few spots available in 11U and 15U.  Please email the Registrar at bedfordminorbaseball@hotmail.com to register.

 

 Registration for 2017:

 We are now accepting registration for the 2017 season.

 

Mail-in Registration:  Registration will begin February 6 2017.  Please send completed registration form (download above) and payment to:              BMB Registrar, 46 Castlestone Drive, Bedford, NS  B4B 0J4

(this is also printed on the top of the registration form).  You will receive a confirmation email when your registration is received.  

 

E-Mail Registration:  Email registration is now being accepted for the 2017 season.  Email your completed registration form to bedfordminorbaseball@hotmail.com.   If registering by email, and you wish to pay by credit card, please let me know when you submit your registration form.  I will send you an  invoice by email to be paid via our service provider's secure website.  Please do not email your credit card information to us as it is not secure.  There is a $10 fee applied to credit card payments.

 

New for 2017:  If registering by email, you may pay via e-transfer.  Please send your e-transfer to the Registrar at bedfordminorbaseball@hotmail.com.

 

Walk in Registration will not take place this year.

 

Method of Payment:  Please note that we accept payment by cash, cheque, money order, e-transfer, or credit card.   Please make cheques or money orders payable to Bedford Minor Baseball.  A $10 processing fee will be added to credit card payments.

 

Uniform Deposits:  If your child is joining 11U, 13U, 15U or 18U, you will be required to provide a separate post-dated cheque (dated Sept. 15, 2017) for $50 to act as a uniform deposit.  This cheque will only be cashed if you do not turn in the uniform at the end of the season.  These cheques are shredded once the uniform is turned it.  

 

If paying be e-transfer or credit card, you may add the $50 uniform deposit to your registration payment, and it will be refunded at the end of the season.

 

New Members: If this is the first time that your child is joining Bedford Minor Baseball, you must provide proof of age for your child.  If you are registering by mail, please include a photocopy of the birth certificate, NS Health Card, or passport for the child you are registering.  You can also scan or photograph this document and email it to bedfordminorbaseball@hotmail.com

 

 

Tri-County Rangers Rep Team Tryouts:  The registration deadline to attend rep try-outs is April 5th.  Rep try-outs will begin indoors in mid-April.  A  $50 fee must be paid at the first try-out session to cover the facility rental.  For further information, please download the hand-out below:

Registration will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis for the recreational levels (including 6U & 8U - Rally Cap) as long as space remains. 

 

 

 

In order to get a refund you must contact the Registrar at bedfordminorbaseball@hotmail.com no later than June 15th.  There is a $25 non-refundable amount included in the registration fee.  No refunds after June 15th.
