All registration forms should be completed online. They are available under the Register Online link on the Home Page. Here are the steps for each type of form.

Players

(1) Complete one online Player Registration Form for each player

(2) Submit the completed Player Registration Form

(3) Print the completed Player Registration Form

(4) Click Checkout

(5) Bring the form with you to the registration location
