STALLIONS PHILOSOPHY

We have gained a great enduring LOVE for the Great Game of BASEBALL from our coaches, parents, and team mates. We take great pride and joy in helping young athletes develop their skills and knowledge of the game. We encourage sportsmanship, respect for others, and healthy competition both against other teams and within our own teams for positions. Our goal and focus is preparing dedicated players to become starters on their high school team and beyond.

Baseball is more than a game as it teaches many life lessons about self improvement and effectively working with others. All players, regardless of their current level of play, can improve and be better players and young men. So, we look for players who have a burning desire to have fun learning to play the Great Game. We look for a Positive Attitude, dedication, commitment and determination in our players to improve and develop their level of play and, as a result, their team's level of play. Playing for the Stallions requires that players and parents be committed to all of our players and their development as team unit. There is no "I" or "ME" in team. As every player improves individually, the team improves collectively.

We recognize the importance of winning. But, Winning Isn't Everything, PLAYING TO WIN IS EVERYTHING
. As long as we prepare to play at a high level, remain focused on the ball during the game, and play our best while having fun, we will win all games that we should win, and we will win some games where the opponent is not as prepared.  Frustration and poor attitudes create a lack of Focus. A Lack of Focus causes mistakes in the field and at the plate.

Never give up!  Never give in!  Never quit!

Play your best, play to win, and have fun!

Give the effort that will allow you to Stand Tall and Proud of Yourself.

The coaching staff has been coaching for several years. We have a great deal of baseball experience as well as experience working with boys beginning at age 6 and older. We demand a great deal from our players, and we evaluate and assist all players to develop fairly and equally.
