The Flemington Flames are fast-pitch travel teams based in Hunterdon County and are affiliated with the Flemington Raritan Girls Softball League. The Flames field teams each travel season from 8U to 18U depending on interest and talent in the respective age group. The Flames will field the best team possible at each age level and may have multiple teams at various ages.

The Flames promote teamwork, friendship and good sportsmanship. The program focuses on teaching the fast-pitch game and player development. There are organized winter workouts including a hitting program and fielding program held indoors at local facilities. Professional instruction at Diamond Nation is also introduced to supplement coaching.

The program promotes a “Flames” style of fast-pitch which helps the girls transition through various age levels. Coaches lead and support the program by working together to serve the best interests of the organization, respective teams and players
