* To register the team in the league the Team Registration Form should be fully completed before the first game of the season. In which each player name should be accompanied by a player card. The form if used for U8-U10 should only have a maximum of 14 players per team; U11-U15 can only have a maximum of 18 players per team. This form will be given to the director, Manuel Aguiar,
* The league roster is mandatory in EVERY game it should be filled out with team players full name and date of birth accompanied by player cards. This will be given to the ref in the beginning of the game. Please make sure to have this done. Thank you.
*Birth Certificate ( Original and a copy)
*Two pictures of the player from the front
*Fee is $25 per player per card.
