Equipment Return
Please be sure to return your child's Football Equipment. If you can't make your scheduled time-frame, please coordinate with your Head Coach as soon as possible. The helmets are sent out for inspection and re-certification for the upcoming season so it's extremely important that they are received back. If the equipment is not received back you will be billed for the equipment.

Concussion Protocol:
Once receiving clearance from their doctor, the following steps will be put into place during each PRACTICE day:
Step 1/Day 1 - Light aerobic excerise. 5 to 10 minutes light jog/walk
Step 2/Day 2 - Moderate running to increase head movement
Step 3/Day 3 - Heavy non-contact such as non contact drills and conditioning
Step 4/Day 4 - Return to control practice. Hitting allowed but monitored closely
Step 5/Day 5 - Return to games
NOTE: Each Step is to be completed at a practice day. No multiple steps in one day. If the player's symptoms or new ones appear, send back to the doctor and restart the 5 steps.

IMPORTANT RULE CHANGES!!!
No cell phones or two-way communication devices are to be used on the sideline during the game. We realize that an emergency could come up and the person receiving the call should move to the back line to take it. At no time will they take the call on the sidelines. This applies to Coaches, MPR and chain crews. If a call comes in the chain crew should ask someone on the sideline to hold the chains while they tale the call. Once their call is over they can return to perform their duties. We realize how difficult it is to get volunteers for this so please make every effort to accommodate these volunteers when the need arises.
The other is a safety rule that you may or may not be aware of is, when the clock becomes a running clock (difference in scores becomes 28 or more points) then neither team may blitz the remainder of the game. In addition, the losing team’s defense is not allowed to stack the box. Only 7 players are allowed in the box when this situation occurs. This was a rule change made by National Pop Warner in 2014 because inexperienced players are being substituted and are not targets for the defense to tee off on. The first violation of this rule will result in the referees issuing a bench warning. The next occurrence will result in the ejection of the Head Coach. Please make sure all coaches are aware of this. Remember, if the coach is ejected from the game, they will be banned from attending the following week of practice and the next game. Thank you in advance for cooperating on this very important issue, as player safety is our most important concern.
