Participant Agreement
All participants (or guardians) are responsible for completing this form prior to engaging in Interlake Ringette programming. This must be completed prior to the first scheduled event. NO EXCEPTIONS! On-line form will be submitted to Ringette Manitoba for tracking purposes. Under Association Affiliation please select Interlake.

All parents and players must be aware of the COVID-19 symptoms and positive test procedures. Information related to this is provided on the Ringette Manitoba webpage at the link above.
Arena Protocols
Arena Protocols - Interlake members will be required to follow all protocols for the venues where the Interlake Ringette association conducts programming. These protocols may vary by venue and can have implications on arrival time, capacities for players and spectators, entry doors, etc. This website will be updated with additional venues as more events are planned. IRASafety Officers will be on-site for each event to ensure protocols are being followed. We thank all members in advance for their support of these volunteers.
