TEAM ILLINI 14U College Showcase Team

2018 Baseball Tryouts - July 22^nd 4pm at the Bethalto Sports Complex

We are looking for players to play at a high level of baseball for 2018 and that have the skills to play at the next level.  We will play all Perfect Game and Prep Baseball Report tournaments, along with some other top showcase tournaments.  It is never too early to start getting on the radar of college coaches.

We are looking at carrying 10-12 position players and 4-6 pitchers only on this team.

The fee for this team will be $1750 per player.  Upon being selected to the team you will be required to pay $250 upfront to hold your spot on the team.  Then we will do a payment plan of $250 per month for 6 months Aug-Jan.  This fee is for 12 position players and it covers all uniforms, training and tournament costs.  We will be taking 4-6 pitchers only and their fee will be $875. 

We are putting together the top College showcase team for Southern IL.  This team will consist of the best players in Southern IL from Bloomington down.  We feel we can offer the same or better exposure as the STL teams for half of the cost and a much lesser drive.  We want to give kids on the IL side of the river the same opportunity as STL programs, but without the additional cost and driving time.  We are striving to help players get noticed by college coaches and get scholarship offers.  Our coaches are past college players that have a wealth of knowledge about the game and the recruiting process.  We will teach the finer points of baseball to take their skills to the next level, along with helping kids with the recruiting process.  High School grades will be reviewed and posted on each players profile for college coaches to review.  This is a major point for recruiting and the recruiting process, so this will be a large part of our program.  We will stress with the players the importance of grades and GPA to enhance scholarship possibilities.
