2015 Bingo Schedule For July:

 


July is another month where parents of players are asked to complete their bingo. In an effort to raise as much funds for our children in the organization, please stop by on Wednesday nights to help assist! We are always looking for help in making everything possible for our community! GO BILLERICA!

 

 

 

 
 
Billerica Pop Warner hosts Bingo as a fundraiser every Wednesday evening at the Billerica Elks.  We host this fundraiser to help keep our registration fees low.  Without this Bingo fundraiser, our registration fees would cost each child approximately $250.00 instead of $100.00.
 
Every parent is required to WORK ONE BINGO (details are listed below).  When you enroll your son/daughter in our program,  you will be assigned a date between March 2015 and February 2016.  Please plan to arrive at 5:00 pm and stay until 10:00 pm.  Don't worry if you have never worked at Bingo, there are Pop Warner Staff Members available to show you what is expected.
 
If you are unable to work your assigned Bingo, you must make arrangements with someone else to ensure there is
coverage on your assigned date 
(IMPORTANT - THIS PERSON MUST SIGN-IN FOR YOU TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE THE CREDIT) or you will need to contact Steve Wilson, to reschedule your date, failure to fulfill your Bingo obligations, you will be sent an invoice for $200.00. This fee is non-negotiable and must be paid within thirty (30) days of your missed Bingo.  Failure to pay this invoice will result in your child being denied the right to attend pre-registration for the following season.  Also, your child will not be allowed to attend the banquet nor will he/she be allowed to receive his/her trophy.  To prevent your child from missing out on these important events, please make your best effort to attend your assigned Bingo.
