The higher seeded team will be the HOME team.
Home team is responsible for Umpires & Baseballs (2 UMPS are required per game). Use of non-certified Umps will result in a forfeit.
If a Team can't play on the given date, then they will forfeit. ** The ONLY rule suspended for playoff weekend is the innings pitched per week rule. ALL other rules remain intact.**
Plan ahead for your next game (assume a win and arrange fields, umps, times with opposing teams. It's always easier to cancel then setup at last minute).

Why do we schedule playoffs on the 2nd weekend in June?
The reasons are:
1) Most schools end their year this coming week; many family vacations start next weekend.
2) Many Little League, Babe Ruth, & Connie Mack Tournament teams start practice/tryouts next week.
3) Weather is always unpredictable, additional time may be needed to finish our season; this happens often.
