Equipment Distribution Day:**REVISED**

1) Equipment distribution for all teams will be held on practice days at James Madison Middle School. (Sports Field Room) 6:00-6:45pm and other special times TBA 

Equipment Distribution Guidelines

1) ALL FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO RECEIVING EQUIPMENT...Absolutely no exceptions

2) Both player(s) and parent/guardian must be present - no equipment will be issued without the player and parent/guardian present.

3) Equipment deposits must be received before equipment is distributed. Please note that deposit checks are not cashed we hold them and return the same checks to you when all PATUXENT RHINOS items are returned

4) Please attend at the appropriate time listed below. If you have multiple players in the program, please bring them at your earliest scheduled time.

5) Parents will not be allowed in the equipment distribution room. It normally takes 5-10 minutes to properly fit each player so please plan accordingly.

6) Please note the condition you receive your equipment in, we expect it back in reasonbly clean condition.

7) Game jerseys and game pants are not issued on this day. They will be issued in late August.

8) All parents will be charged for items issued and not returned.

9) The PATUXENT RHINOS will offered upon availabilty, "The Practice Kit" which includes:

a.   (1) BLACK INTERGRATED PRACTICE PANT

b.   (2) Mouth-guards

c.   (1) Official Practice jersey and practice; cost $60.00 for complete kit.

10) We will also have previously used JERSEYS=$5.00 while supplies last.

11) In the event you can't attend, equipment will be issued at practices from 6:00 p.m. to 6:45p.m. The equipment shed will close at 6:45 p.m. Please plan accordingly.
