REGISTRATION FOR 2009 SEASON
REGISTRATION FOR THE 2009 SEASON IS NOW GOING ON!!!
NEXT REGISTRATION IS: Sat. Dec 6th 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Call the club house for any information. You can also download the registration form from our handouts section and mail it into our post office box. A $20 late fee will be added on if you do not register by Dec. 31, 2008. Please register early so we can get a count on how many teams we will need for each league.
2009 SIGN SPONSORSHIP
HAVE YOUR BUSINESS SUPPORT OUR CLUB. Any business that is interested in sponsoring a sign on a field for the 2009 season get a form from the handout section. Any questions contact the club or E-mail us.

LADIES AUXILIARY
The South Plainfield Women's Auxiliary is an organized group of Mothers who, during the baseball season, provide fundraising events to benefit the children of the SPJBC. Membership fee is $5.00.
Our meetings are held at the SPJBC clubhouse. Our main goal is to provide a better SPJBC for the children. If you are looking to join a great organization and support your child at the same time, come see what we are all about. The 2008 baseball season will be here soon! and you can make a difference.

New Beginnings
Welcome to the South Plainfield Junior Baseball Club. The SPJBC has celebrated over 50 years of great seasons in its history and continues to do so. BUT, not without the help of parents that volunteer and dedicate their time to make each season a success for the youth of South Plainfield. The SPJBC is organized baseball for children of ages from 7 to 17. Each league and team is comprised of equal talent for the good of sportsmanship and fairness alike. For those parents whose children have completed recreational tee/teener ball, the SPJBC provides the safe and comfortable atmosphere for your child to keep learning baseball with their friends.
The SPJBC complex offers 3 “Small Fry” lighted fields for kids ages 12 and under and 1 “Pony” lighted field for kids ages 13 and over. There is an additional field that is used for makeup games, scrimmage games and practices. The SPJBC offers 7 batting and pitching cages and 4 additional batting stations with nets. The SPJBC also offers a terrific playground area that younger siblings really enjoy. The SPJBC snack stand is renowned in New Jersey as one of the best and it is the parents’ volunteerism and care that really keep it going strong. Volunteering your time is fantastic and each season the SPJBC offers many committees you can join: Opening Day Ceremonies, All-Star Sunday, League Directors, Coaches & Managers, Snack Stand Captains & Field Captains/Assistants.
