Bayonne Little League

Bayonne 13 Elmwood Park 1. Andrew Johnston started the game for Bayonne retiring the side in order, Johnston started off the bottom of the first with a lead off homer over the left center field fence, Bayonne added another with an RBI single by Justin Hoffman; then Johnston pitched another shutout inning; after walks to Jack Attisano and Nico Chairavollati,  with 2 outs, Johnston hit his second homer over the center field fence, But Bayonne was not done while Chris Valencia followed up with another shot of cener. With 2 outs, Hoffman drove in another run to put Bayonne by 7. Adrian Pardo followed up with a 2 run single giving Bayonne with a commanding 9-0. Elmwood Park tried to spark a rally by scoring a run, but Mike Cunningham would pick off second and T.J. Wolf picked off another runner at second, later in the game after back to back singles by Valencia and Jack O'Donnell, Cunningham drew a walk to load the bases, Wolf sent a laser beam over center, to put the game away for Bayonne.
