Brick Little League

Brick Little League is targeting the 1st Tee Ball Games to be on Brick Little League Opening Day, Saturday, April 13 and the last game will be Mid-June, here is some information about the season:

TEE BALL OVERVIEW

- The purpose of the Tee Ball Division is to teach the players the basics of the game, show them the value of sportsmanship and teamwork and have fun

-The games are 3 Innings, all players play the field and all players bat each inning

-No score is kept and no outs are recorded

-All players hit off of a Tee

-Each Team typically has 1 Head Coach and 2 Assistant Coaches

TEAMS

-Team will be formed mid-March 

COACHES

-The League is looking for Volunteer Tee Ball Coaches.  If you are interested in Coaching Tee Ball please email BRICKLL@YMAIL.COM

GAMES

-All Games are played at the Tee Ball Field located at the Brick Little League Complex at Edmund Hibbard Park in the Cherry Quay neighborhood in Brick

-We will have a schedule of approximately 14 games

-There will be on average 2 games per week, one on a weekday and one each Saturday

-Weekday (schedule will vary M-F) game times are tentatively scheduled to be at 6pm and 7:15pm

-Saturday game times are usually 9am, 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm & 6:00pm

-We are targeting the 1st game on Brick Little League Opening Day April 13

PRACTICES

-Practices are usually 1-2 times a week at the discretion of your Coach

Uniforms

Brick Little League provides the following:

-Team Uniform Shirt

-Team Hat

-Socks

-Baseball Pants

Uniforms will be available for pick-up closer to the season.  Please note that a Bond Check for $100.00 will be collected at time of Uniform pick-up, you will receive your $100.00 check back after you complete your volunteer shift in the snack stand during the season.  If you do not Volunteer to work your Snack Stand Shift (1 per Player) - the League will cash your check at the end of the Season.

Each Player is required to bring/wear the following at all games and practices:

-Glove

-Tee Ball Bat *USA Sticker Required 

-Helmet

-Cup

-Baseball Cleats 

Optional Equipment

The following are optional for each Player:

-Tee Ball

-Batting Gloves

-Bag

-Heart Guard
