Due to the overwhelming response to introduce Blast Ball into CCBA's league options, we have decided to add it to our 2018 Spring Season.  Registration is now open online and it is on it's own form.  Please understand that Blast Ball is a non competitive parent involved league.  The parents are responsible for being the coaches as well as the umpires.  There will be no score kept and no outs kept up with during the game.  This is completely a fundamental learning process for these kids.  The age group will consist of 3 year olds and 4 year olds who are not age appropriate for T-ball yet.  The age date ranges are that they must be 3 years old by January 1, 2018 and kids turning 4 after January 1,2018.  All games will be played in Crandall on one of our smaller fields located by Wilson Elementary.  Each team will be scheduled to play 6 games for the season and will NOT have an end of season tournament.  All games will be scheduled on Saturday mornings and hopefully will all be completed before the hot summer heat really sets in.  Each child will receive a trophy at the end of season.  The cost to play will be $40 per child which will help cover the cost of equipment needed for Blast Ball as well as trophies and insurance.  Each team will be responsible for providing their own uniforms.  The league will provide the tee, bats, balls, bases, etc.  A link for the rules for Blast Ball is located under the "About" dropt down menu item and then under "Links".  Thank you to all of you who participated in our Facebook poll and we look forward to a great season with these little ones!
