Mississauga North (MNBA) has taken the lead in organizing the 8 Week Umpire Clinic which was formerly facilitated by the late Nikki Ross (and her company True North). Nikki was important to all of us and there is a lot of people who wanted to ensure this Clinic would continue.
In the spirit of the True North way MNBA will continue the same curriculum, OBA certified instructors (4) and Onfield/ Classroom components. MNBA may be facilitating it, however as Nikki would have wanted it, this Clinic is open to all who wish to participate whether it be first time, second time or as a refresher for a senior umpire.
Location:
Miller's Grove Public School, 6325 Miller's Grove, Mississauga, ON, L5N 3K2
Dates:
Course begins Tuesday February 2nd (and every Tuesday thereafter for 8 weeks-except March break)
Time:
6:30-10pm - Level 1 & 2 Alternate in class and on field (be early so classes can start on time)
Cost:
Level 1 - $125 (including carding fee) & Level 2 - $145 (including carding fee) payable by cash or cheque to MNBA, due at sign in on February 2nd
