The Bulldogs are running 2 great skills clinics right now and we have limited space available in both. If your interested, we can sign you up for either or both clinics or I can put together a special package for you to attend the sessions that just fit your schedule.  With that in mind, here is what we have going now:

WINTER WORKOUT PROGRAM - This is a great program where we do a 2 hour workout that works on all fundamental basketball skills.  For the first hour, we do stations; Dribbling, Passing, Rebounding, Shooting and Transition.  For the 2nd hour, we focus on competitive breakdowns.  We do 1 on 1, 2 on 2, 3 on 3 and then 5 on 5.  There are 2 workouts left in the program the next 2 Sunday evenings at Harvest Park MS in Pleasanton from 6:15 to 8:15 PM.  If your interested in doing either or both of these workouts, shoot me an email and we will get you signed up.  

SUNDAY MORNING SHOOTING CLINIC On Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 11 AM at Hart MS in Pleasanton, we do our Shooting Clinic. The shooting clinic is just what it sounds like. We work on all aspects of shooting the ball with special focus on developing proper technique. The first half hour of the workout is all form shooting, developing a repeatable shot. The last hour is shooting on the move. Over the course of the workout, kids get up a couple of hundred shots learning to shoot off the catch, shoot off the dribble and shoot off the ballscreen. One great aspect of this program is we don't do any running up and down the floor so CYO players with games later that day don't get tired. They just get a great pre-game shoot around to get ready to play. You know, everyone can be a better shooter and this program can help you get there. The program runs every Sunday morning from now till February 8 (5 more sessions). There is limited space available in both programs so if your interested, dont delay.  Again, you can do either program or both or I can build a custom program for you attending the sessions that fit your schedule. Also, if you want to drop in for just one workout that fits your schedule, the "Drop In" rate is $30 per workout.
