- Please make sure to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your team's stated time.
- A web link for online pre-orders can be found on the Home Page of this website. Please order your pictures online, in advance of arriving for your pictures on Opening Day.
- In past years, some teams have experienced a back-up with the picture times. There are two main reasons that back-up occurs....late arrivers and those who wait until their picture time to fill out an order form and write a check. If everyone arrives at least 15 minutes early and has already ordered their pictures online, the entire process will go much smoother and teams will stay on schedule.
- Each playing division's hitting derby time coincides with picture times. Your players should report to the picture area first. After your team picture is taken, your entire team should report together to the field assigned for your division's hitting derby.
