Termite Ages 8,9

Mighty Mite Ages 10,11

Midgets Ages 12,13

*All registration fees will be paid by check or

money order. NO CASH!

*Sign-ups after May 9^th 2015 will be

subject to a mandatory late fee of $10.00.
