2015 Keller Summer Classic Tournament
(Recreational – All Star Divisions Only)
Tournament Dates: June 19-21, 2015
- No longer PONY affiliated
- Divisions: 6U through 14U (6U will play Modified T-Ball)
- Tournament Cost: $375.00
- Each Team must provide their own game quality balls - 2 per game
- Trading pins provided to each player and coach
- No Gate Fee
- Three (3) Game Guarantee
- Payment must be received by 6/12/2015
Coaches will need to check in an hour before their first game at designated tables by the nearest concession stands located at fields 1-4 and fields 15-17.
Coaches will need to show proof of insurance and provide a copy of the team roster at check in.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY:
- If a tournament is canceled due to lack of participation, there will be 100% refund.
- If a tournament is completely canceled due to weather or other acts of God, all teams will receive a 75% refund. Remember, the host has incurred great expenses in preparing for the tournament.
- If a team plays only one Game, the team will receive a 50% refund.
- Once a team begins their second game there will be no refunds.
- If a team enters the tournament then drops out at least ten (10) days prior to the Advertised Start Date of the tournament, then the team will be refunded their full entry fee minus a $100 administrative fee.
- If a team drops out less than ten (10) days prior to the Advertised Start Date of the tournament, there will be no refund.
