RBI's Albaugh earns All-County, All-Conference honors

Maryland RBI Baseball and Northern High School catcher Billy Albaugh (2015) capped his impressive spring 2014 campaign by being named First-Team All-County and Honorable Mention All-Conference on Friday.

The junior finished the high school season with a .356 batting average with 13 RBIs; 15 runs scored; and struck out just twice on the season.

“Billy is a true baller and just goes out and plays hard and grinds every day,” Maryland RBI Baseball manager Mike Graham said. “He looks at awards as a team honor just as much as an individual honor, and he represents the RBI model well.”

Albaugh also was selected by the coaches of the Maryland State Association of Baseball Coaches (MSABC) to participate in this year's Maryland Futures All-Star game for the South Region.
