Capital Area Softball has announced off-season workouts for 8U aged players (2009/2010/2011).  Sessions are focused on skill development, increasing softball IQ, and simply having fun.  The program is flexible, as in, make what sessions you can make.  The total cost for all eight (8) sessions is $20.00, cash or checks can be made payable to Ryan Taylor.  To be clear, this is $20 TOTAL, not $20 per session. Players will also need to complete a waiver form (found in the Handouts tab of the website) and bring to the first session.  Needed are:  gloves, bats, helmets, defensive masks, water bottles, and since we will be indoors - sneakers and not cleats.  Dates are as follows:
