Area 4 VFW 13-14

HOLLIDAYSBURG — Matt Watkins pitched a complete-game, four-hit shutout in leading Spring Cove to a 6-0 win over Hollidaysburg in the Area 4 VFW 13-14 Regional Tournament at Longer Field.

Watkins struck out four as the Cove improved to 2-1. Parker Gregg had three hits and three RBIs to go with Tanner Hall’s two hits and one RBI.

Hollidaysburg fell to 2-2. The Cove plays at Northern Bedford Sunday at 3:30 p.m.
