The clinic will take place on October 7th from 6-7pm in the Burgess Elementary School lower gym.
The goal of the clinic is to ensure our youth are receiving the proper instruction for their respective age level by setting standards and expectations for coaching at each grade level.
Please bring a copy of your license and a completed CORI form to the clinic with you. Please note that the last 6 digits of your SSN is required on the CORI form.
CORI forms can be downloaded in the "HANDOUT" section of our website
Please note that coaches will not be allowed to participate in the draft or receive equipment without an active CORI on file. All assistant coaches must have an an active CORI on file as well.
