Starting with the 2015 Spring Season, West End Little League is excited to announce a NEW Softball T-Ball division for girls ages 4-6 yrs old.**

** Girls must be at least 4 years old on or before January 1, 2015.

**6 yr olds with prior T-Ball experience may play up to Instructional Softball.

Now girls just entering the sport can learn the fundamentals of softball using the T-ball format with all-girl teams!

The main focus points of this division:

•  Good sportsmanship and having fun.

•  Safe play.

•  Listening to instructions from the coach who may not be their parent.

•  Playing as part of a team.

•  Skill development –including batting, running and throwing the ball. Some basic catching skills may be included.

For almost all of our players this will be their first opportunity to be part of a team. We are hoping to have several teams of 7 or 8 players. We could use parents’ help too so please consider volunteering!
