General Information
The Hudson Falls Girl’s Softball League, inc. Invites you to our Annual Girls’ Fastpitch Softball Tournament.
This is a recreational league all-star tournament (ASA Club teams unaffiliated with town recreational organizations will not be accepted). There will be two divisions:
Instructional ( 8 – Under ) , Minors ( 10 - Under)
Location of Hudson Falls Girls’Softball League, Inc.
complex on Dix Avenue.
The Tournament: Across from Ginny Rae’s Diner ( 1170 Dix
Ave. , Hudson Falls, NY 12839)
Dates: June 28th – July 2nd ( Monday July 3rd
if rain causes to cancel other games)
Entry Fee: 10U: $ 350
8U : $ 300
(Checks made payable to Hudson Falls Girls’Softball League, Inc.) Mail Completed entry form with roster, proof of insurance and payment to:

Coaches Meeting: A coaches meeting will be held to review
and draw teams during the week prior
to the tournament. You will be contacted
with that info once it has been decided.
Deadline: RSVP via email to hfgirlssoftball@gmail.com
by June 5th, 2017
Payment of entry fee is due by June 15th,
2017
Rules: ASA Fastpitch softball rules will be in effect
unless otherwise stated on the following
pages. Certified softball umpires will be
used for all games.
Format: 3 Game Minimum – pool play games
seeding into single elimination bracket
Games. (Final format to be determined
based on number of teams participating
in each division).
Insurance: Teams must carry their own Medical and
Liability insurance.
Birth Certificates: All teams need to carry copies of all
players’ birth certificates with them at all
times.
Age Classification: 8 – Under. A player born after
December 31,2007 is eligible.
10 – Under. A player born after
December 31, 2005 is eligible.
( Players of younger age classification may play in older age classifications)
