INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
Managers - both managers must agree to postpone a game.

Parents - contact your team manager to make sure your game is postponed.
The Pasadena Baseball Club is a non-profit, all-volunteer, community-based youth baseball organization in the Pasadena, Maryland area since 1953.
The PBC operates three baseball programs to provide parents in our community the skill, experience, and competitiveness most appropriate for their children.
CLINIC Baseball is intended to introduce baseball to our youngest and least experience players.
INTRAMURAL Baseball provides the typical in-house "rec-ball" level of play, with a Pasadena World Series, all-star teams, etc.
TRAVEL Baseball challenges players to improve beyond the "rec-ball" level in order to better prepare themselves for high school play and beyond.

Trophies & Closing Ceremonies - Saturday June 20

PBC World Series - June 1 through June 13
We had an extremely wet season that continue right through the PBC World Series, but we managed to get all the games in by our target date of June 13, albeit with some rough scheduling of back-to-back games.  Thanks for all the cooperation.  And Congratulations to all the Intramural players, and to the winners of the 2009 PBC World Series: 8U Orioles, 10U Red Sox, 12U Elvaton Phillies, and 14U Orioles.  In addition, the 12U Rangers will be recognized as finishing in first among the Pasadena Baseball 12U teams.
The PBC World Series, our Intramural Playoff Tournament, starts Mon June 1 for 8U, Wed June 3 for 10U and 12U, and Mon 6/8 for 14U.
Bracket Schedules and Results are under PBC World Series on the left menu.  All teams must be prepared for schedule changes on a day's notice if/when weather forces a cancellation - Managers must check the brackets everyday, and still report game results in the usual way.  PLEASE REMEMBER SPORTSMANSHIP DURING THE TOURNAMENT!

Fall Baseball - coming soon
Fall Baseball registration will begin in June.  Check back here for more information as we plan out the fall season.  Some basic information about fall baseball based on last year is available under FALL BASEBALL at the bottom of the left menu.

Sportsmanship
We practice hard. We play fair. But most importantly, we have FUN!

The Pasadena Baseball Club has a zero tolerance for unsportsmanlike conduct. Whether you participate in the very relaxed Clinic program, or the highly competitive Travel program, we expect all of our players, managers, coaches, officials, and spectators to demonstrate sportsmanlike conduct at all times. If you can't conduct yourself accordingly, we ask you to please not sign up to play in our Club.

We have adopted Anne Arundel County Rec & Parks "Coach's Code of Ethics" and will consult their "Disciplinary Actions" as necessary. To help ensure that all members of the Club use good sportsmanship, the Club has established a Sportsmanship Board to promote good sportsmanship and correct unsportsmanlike conduct. Our Sportsmanship Policy is located under Handouts, and Coach's Code of Ethics and Disciplinary Actions are located under Coaches Box. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact a member of the Sportsmanship Board.
